We deliver your order fast and safely, straight from our warehouse. Here is a summary of the key shipping and returns information.

Delivery time

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Typical delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on the courier and destination country. You can track your order in your profile and we email you on dispatch.

Packaging

Every product ships in careful protective packaging so it arrives intact. Fragile and liquid products get extra protection.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days of delivery and return the product.

• ✔ The product must be unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• ✔ For food-safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
• ✔ Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
• ✔ We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Damaged or faulty product

If the parcel arrives damaged or the product is faulty, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we replace or refund as fast as possible.
